How do I pay rent, and are there perks?

Rent payments are made via BILT Payment Center through the Resident Experience App—you earn points you can redeem toward rent, travel, fitness, and more.
 

What’s included in my apartment?

Private entrance, balcony/patio, granite countertops, vinyl flooring, in-unit laundry, fireplace, cathedral ceilings, walk-in closets. Select homes include garages with automatic openers.
 

What community amenities are offered?

Pool, spa, sauna, fitness & yoga studios, sports courts, clubhouse, café, business center, library, grilling area, dog park, car wash stations, and scenic grounds—all managed by an Events Coordinator.
 

What is the maintenance policy?

We guarantee response to routine maintenance within 24 hours via our 24‑Hour Maintenance Response Guarantee—you earn credits for any delay.
 

Are utilities included?

Utilities vary by floor plan and lease—contact the leasing office for specific details.
 

Are pets welcome?

Yes! We are a pet-friendly community with an on-site dog park and agility area.
 

What floor plans are available?

1-, 2-, and 3‑bedroom apartments (including loft-style) from 900 to 1,532 sq ft.
 

Can I get a furnished apartment?

Yes—short- or long-term furnished suites include full utilities, linens, cable and Wi-Fi, housewares, and optional housekeeping services.
 

What are office hours and contact info?

Leasing Office located at 100 Lake Village Blvd, Auburn Hills, MI 48326, is open Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM, and on Saturday and Sunday from 10 AM to 6 PM. Phone: 248‑397‑6963.
 

How easy is commuting?

Located near I-75 and Baldwin Road, Auburn Gate provides convenient access to major employers, Automation Alley, and neighboring cities. Great Lakes Crossing Outlets is just across the street, offering shopping and dining options.
